Mayur Deshmukh is a designer, carpenter, and writer. He has been building objects and spaces for 11 years. He loves the Arts and Crafts Movement as well as the Farmhouse Industrial he has been a part of through the 2000’s in Brooklyn, NY.

He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and their happy baby son. He often works in the film business building sets. He loves This Old House.

BearMoose refers to a dream he had in his early 30’s where a Raccoon, a Bear, and a Moose showed him his woodland home and he felt a great peace. Incidentally, that home looks a lot like the one he and his wife and child live in in Atlanta. Also, BearMoose kind of sounds like Deshmukh.
