In the summer of 2012, I completed a 12-week Furniture Intensive at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockland, ME. I built 3 pieces while there and I began to learn about the styles that spoke to me. I found I loved the sturdy elegance and whimsy of Arts and Crafts and I tried the best I could to emulate that. Once I was building custom objects in Brooklyn and Atlanta, I began finding my way to something I think of as Farmhouse Industrial.
